We realise that the holiday you are planning may be the "holiday of a lifetime" that we planned the first time we visited Florida, and will therefore do all we can to ensure that your accommodation is all you hope for (and possibly more! If you have been used to rental homes in other countries - prepare to be amazed.)Of course, you may have visited Florida before, and know your way around. You can be assured that our home will not disappoint you.
In order to ensure that you have a trouble-free holiday, we have a contract with a local house manager, who will be on hand should you have any queries or problems. Details will be sent with your confirmation.
We provide a child's cot (crib) and high-chair at no extra cost. A security fence to prevent access to the pool by small children will be in place when you arrive. If you do not require it, removal takes just a few minutes by an adult.
Our house manager can arrange a "welcome pack" of groceries, also flowers, balloons, champagne etc. for special occasions.
Please note that our home is non-smoking; this is to comply with the terms of our insurance, and for the enjoyment of future guests. If you or members of your party wish to smoke, please do so outside, and dispose carefully of cigarette ends etc. Sorry - no pets.
